Beak-Kimchi or White Kimchi is a variety of Kimchi made without the chili petter powder commonly used for fermenting Kimchi in Korean cusine. Kimchi can be served as a side-dish or can easily enhance the flaver of every dishes such as hamburger, tacos and dips. Our Kimchi will taste better after a day at room temperature.
