Twins Kimchi - We call Pa Kimchi. “Pa” means green onion in Korean Pa-Kimchi (파김치), also known as green oinion kimchi or scallion kimchi, is one of types of Kimchi that Koreans usually eat for banchan (traditional side dishes). It is perfect side dish to serve with any Korean main dishes, BBQ or simply with only freshly steamed rice or ramen noodels. Our Pa Kimchi is mixed with fresh apples, onions, red paprika to give a refreshing taste and prolonged crispiness. Our Kimchi will taste better after a day at room temperature.
