As all know, kimchi is a fermented food that should be in the refrigerator after being made. Kimchi produces healthier probiotics as it ferments.
The kimchi could feel salty before enough fermentation. If it is salty, take as much as you want, leave it at room temperature for a day or two, and then make it cold and eat it.
All our ingredients are from a farm within 20 to 40 miles of our facility. It's real, local food made with fresh ingredients.
Twins Premium Kimchi will be made with better ingredients and at reasonable prices. We always make fresh and excellent quality kimchi. It is different from other brands of kimchi made with MSG or Chinese ingredients or made almost a year ago. Our ingredients are from California and Mexico.
